Mainland Costume In the spring of 1996 we completed a project very close to our hearts: the creation of "authentic" costumes for the women dancers. The costume is based on the garments worn by the women in the area of Attica during the 1800s.
Island Costume
Using our main costume's "poukamisa" as foundation, we added a multi-tier skirt, embroidered vest and sash to complete the costume.
